Die Global GSRM GmbH ist im Auftrag namhafter Airlines als Handlingsagent an den Flughäfen Frankfurt/Main, München, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf und Hamburg tätig. Sie bietet ihnen Services zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Passenger Handling, Operations, Lost and Found sowie Aviation Security an.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie repräsentieren unsere Airlines am Flughafen und kommunizieren mit den zuständigen Behörden. Zudem sind Sie unter anderem für folgende Bereiche zuständig:

Passage:

Passagierabfertigung, Check-In, Boarding, Lost & Found
Dokumentenkontrolle
Gepäckannahme
Gate-Koordination

Administration:

Personaleinsatzplanung, Einarbeitung/Training und Überwachung
Teambriefings
Tagesplanung
Sales- Reports, Punctuality Reports
Bestandskontrolle von Flugmaterialien
Pflege von Flugdokumenten
Vertretung des Stationsleiters
Schnittstelle zwischen Airlines und Geschäftsführung

Operations:

Koordination von Turnarounds
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Flugunterlagen
Bereitstellung von Flugplänen für die Flightcrews

Anforderungen:

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Luftverkehr; akademische Ausbildung von Vorteil
mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
gute Fachkenntnisse in den gängigen Reservierungssystemen:

Altea
Go Now
SITA DCS
vorteilhaft wären Kenntnisse in: Reciber, HitIt, Fly

Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung
volle Flexibilität
sehr gute Computer- und Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Spanisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
gepflegtes Aussehen und seriöses Auftreten
Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZVÜ) gemäß §7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz sowie die Gefahrgutschulung (DGR) sind von Vorteil.
