Wir suchen eine:n Bachelor of Arts (gn) für einen namhaften Kunden in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche.
Diese Stelle bietet den perfekten Einstieg für Absolventen (gn) aus den Bereichen Risikomanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Verwaltung oder Versicherung.
Du hast die Chance, in einem langfristigen Einsatz über ein Jahr in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu arbeiten und dabei ein Einstiegsgehalt zwischen 3.500 und 3.800 € Brutto monatlich je nach Erfahrung zu verdienen.

Deine Aufgaben:
Prüfung von Beschwerden auf Vollständigkeit der erforderlichen Unterlagen und Nachforderung fehlender DokumenteUntersuchung der rechtlichen Aspekte des Datenschutzes (DSGVO/BDSG)Bewertung der rechtlichen Relevanz von BeschwerdenInhaltliche Prüfung von Beschwerden einschließlich notwendiger Recherchen und Entscheidung über weitere SchritteSchriftliche Kommunikation mit Beschwerdeführern sowie beteiligten Instituten und VersicherungsunternehmenMündliche Korrespondenz mit relevanten ParteienDurchführung zusätzlicher Prüfungshandlungen je nach EinsatzreferatErfassung statistischer Daten in den EDV-Systemen
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Bank- oder Versicherungswesen oder RisikomanagementInteresse organisatorischen und administrativen TätigkeitenAusgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche KommunikationsfähigkeitenZuverlässigkeit und VerantwortungsbewusstseinSchnelle AuffassungsgabeTeamfähigkeitEngagement
