Der Bereich Global Procurement ist weltweit für Einkaufsaktivitäten der BASF zuständig. Wir verhandeln Verträge, die BASF einen spürbaren Mehrwert verschaffen. Unsere Schwerpunkte umfassen die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen, technischen Gütern und Dienstleistungen sowie Logistiklösungen. Mit unserem umfassenden Markt-Know-How sowie tiefem Verständnis der Wertschöpfungsketten sind wir ein wertvoller Partner der Unternehmensbereiche.

AUFGABEN

In der globalen Beschaffung der BASF sind Sie Teil der Procurement and Negotiation Academy und unterstützen die Academy bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Trainings für alle neuen und erfahrenen Einkäufer:innen.

  • Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung fachlicher Schulungskonzepte, um ein umfassendes Lernprogramm zu erstellen.
  • Sie arbeiten mit Fachexperten:innen und externen Schulungsinstituten zusammen und koordinieren die Schulungen.
  • Sie übernehmen das Trainingsmanagement und die Koordination aller Trainings, interner und externer Trainer:innen mit Unterstützung unseres Service Centers.
  • Sie unterstützen die Academy in der Evaluation der Schulungsaktivitäten, bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen und bei der Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen.
  • Sie arbeiten mit dem globalen Procurement Academy Network Team in den Regionen zusammen und koordinieren dieses.
  • Sie sind Teil des BASF Academy Netzwerks und tauschen sich gegenseitig aus.
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Master-Abschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Von Vorteil: Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie im Schulungsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, sich schnell in komplexe und anspruchsvolle Umgebungen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
