Senior Developer (gn) D365 | CRM | Stakeholder: Internal Sales & Marketing

Das Aufgabengebiet

In a nutshell:

As a Senior Developer for Dynamics 365 you will ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareOne. You will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through development, documentation, test and delivery.

Role Description:

• Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients.
• Applies best practices and advanced methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments
• Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

The key responsibility:

• Technically lead a small team of highly experienced professionals on Dynamics 365 technology
• GoTo Person for internal and external (partner) developers on design or implementation issues
• Be the interface between our Product Owners and the Dynamics 365 development teams (internal & external)
• Perform configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts for Dynamics 365 based projects
• Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, xRM framework and. C#.NET
• Align and work closely with the Dynamics 365 CRM and PSA Product Owners
• Align and drive relationship with our external CRM and PSA partners on development tasks and news from Microsoft / vendors
• Lead the development of user stories and design solutions to meet the business requirements
• Contribute to SoftwareOne architectural best practices and define and update our customization guidelines to be utilized on Dynamics 365 developments
• Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

• Development team for Stakeholder Sales & Marketing
• Dedicated Product Owner and Product Manager
• Clients and users of our Dynamics 365 platform

Daniel is a seasoned Hiring Lead based in Switzerland with 15+ years of experience in software development and team leadership, including a significant tenure at Microsoft. Daniel joined SoftwareOne in 2012. Currently as People & Area Lead for .NET Development, he manages hybrid and diverse development teams out of Stans, Switzerland. your experience & knowledge

• 7+ years of related experience in the specification, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• An experienced CRM Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong commercial experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D635 as well as having a solid grasp on the Microsoft stack and Azure development
• Excellent practical knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Marketing, Services
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity model, security model, and web services.
• Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the Dynamics 365 API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
• Hands-on experience migrating data from one version of CRM to the next
• Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience
• Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
• Strong CRM Development experience and background in CRM on the following areas
  • C#, JS Development, Visual Studio in the latest version
  • Git as source code repository
  • Deployment in D365
  • Refactoring
• Familiarity with Active Directory configuration as it relates to Dynamics 365 Users
• Demonstrated familiarity and expertise in customizing fields, forms, attributes, views and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues
• A background leading teams of developers in an Agile / Scrum methodology is required

• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a multi-cultural / global environment

• Team player able to work with internal as well as external development teams in different locations
• Working on a senior level: Self-Managed, Self-Motivated and used to work in different teams and different projects in parallel
• Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction
