Unser Mandant ist ein Contact Center Betreiber, welches für seine Unternehmenskunden Dienstleistungen im Bereich der B2C-Kundenkommunikation erbringt. Dazu zählen etwa die Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen, das Lösen von Problemen, mit denen sich Kunden an das Contact Center wenden, und auch der Vertrieb. Die Kundenkommunikation erfolgt telefonisch, postalisch sowie via E-Mail und Chat.

Vor diesem Hintergrund bietet mein Mandant die Position des Head of Quality & Process Management an. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leiten Sie ein Team von über 30 Mitarbeitenden mit mehreren Teamleitern und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung.

In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie sämtliche Prozesse, die die Customer Journey und das Training der Contact Center Mitarbeiter betreffen. Im Fokus stehen hierbei vor allem, diese Prozesse zu optimieren und die Qualität der Leistungen auf ein Höchstmaß auszubauen.

Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Prozess- bzw. Qualitätsverantwortlicher in einem Contact Center o. Ä., kennen die gängigen KPIs in diesem Bereich und verfügen über starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten? Dann freuen wir uns auf den Kontakt mit Ihnen

Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs und der Ihnen unterstellten Teams
  • Verantwortung der Kundenkontakt-Prozesse und den damit verbundenen Trainingsinhalten
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität der Leistungen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
  • Sicherstellung der Erfüllung von KPI-Vorgaben und Weiterentwicklung des Metrik-Systems
  • Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Austausch mit dem Top-Management

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder ein Abschluss eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Arbeit in einem Contact Center oder vergleichbar im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Qualität
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Implementieren von nachhaltigen Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Customer Experience
  • Erfahrungen mit Management-Methodiken wie Kaizen, Lean-Management o. Ä.
  • Analytische Denkweise, stark im Umgang mit Metriken sowie ausgezeichnete Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
