ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Drive Numa's SEO efforts and build the function from the ground up
  • Take responsibility for assessing the entire website portfolio and consistently identify insights and opportunities to improve our performance
  • Create strategy and spearhead projects for all pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Ideate on travel-related content and keywords that enable travellers to discover the best of the cities they visit
  • Work closely with a diverse set of stakeholder teams including content, product & tech, performance marketing, and social
  • Set goals, track and measure progress with cross-departmental projects
ABOUT YOU

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in SEO, ideally with consumer-focused products
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can balance urgency with high attention to detail
  • You are a keen problem solver and not afraid to think outside the box
  • You are willing to work both hands-on and in collaboration with other teams
  • You are used to explaining your process and decisions, and back them up with relevant data
  • You are proficient at navigating data analysis tools and finding the right information to drive your decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal English, German is a strong plus
