Dein Einfluss
Um unsere Vision vorantreiben zu können, suchen wir derzeit eine*n Intern Operations (x/f/m), der/ die uns tatkräftig unterstützt.
Das Operations Team kümmert sich darum, dass unsere Patronus-Uhr einwandfrei funktioniert und auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse aller Kund*innen abgestimmt ist. Wir fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere externen Partner (z.B. Pflegekassen und medizinische Dienstleister), um einen umfangreichen Service für unsere Kundschaft anbieten zu können - hierbei legen wir großen Wert auf eine einzigartige Customer Experience und gehen dafür die Extra-Meile.

Deine Mission
- Du bist Teil des Operations-Teams und unterstützt das Team operativ bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Geschäftsprozesse, im Supply Chain Management und im Partner & Payments Team.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für den erfolgreichen Wissenstransfer zu allen relevanten internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Du strukturiert deine Projekte eigenständig und treibst sie mit großer Eigeninitiative voran.
- Du erstellst Reportings zur Datenanalyse mithilfe von Google Sheets.
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und optimierst sie in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg*innen.
