Wie gestaltest Du die Welt von morgen? Herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert

  • Du koordinierst die Dienstleistungsanfragen unserer Kunden und fungierst als Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb
  • Du verantwortest die Klärung von technischen Details und der finalen Angebotserstellung (SOW = Statement of Work) für den Service
  • Das Erstellen von Leistungsnachweisen und Initiieren von Abrechnungen hast du ebenfalls im Blick
  • Du organisierst die Abstimmung und Festlegung der Kunden und unserer Siemens-Ansprechpartner
  • Den Projektterminplan stimmst du mit dem Kunden sowie dem Projektleiter ab und fokussierst diesen im Projektverlauf
  • Die Ressourcen-Verfügbarkeit wird mit deiner Hilfe entsprechend den Skill-Anforderungen sichergestellt und mit dem Terminplan der Siemens Einsatzplanung abgeglichen
  • Mit der Zielerreichung der Meilensteine etablierst du ein regelmäßiges Reporting und stellst zusätzlich die Forecast Planung und das monatliche Reporting sicher
  • Du unterstützt und initiierst die Kommunikation mit weiteren Abteilungen
  • Um allen Zielen nachzukommen, arbeitest du stets eng mit dem Vertrieb, Engagement und den Operation Specialists zusammen

Wie wirst Du Teil unseres Teams? Mit viel Leidenschaft und Mut

  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und Du gehst Themen strukturiert an
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern zur Abwicklung von Projekten
  • Bereitschaft zur selbständigen und strukturierten Bearbeitung von Anforderungen im Projektkontext
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift, auf jeder Hierarchieebene
  • Du arbeitest in unserem dynamischen Umfeld selbständig, verlässlich, lösungsorientiert und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
