STELLENBESCHREIBUNG Internship/ Master-Thesis (m/f/d): Motion & Control Technologies in RoboticsMachen Sie den nächsten Karriereschritt bei ABB: Treiben Sie in einem globalen Team die Transformation von Gesellschaft und Industrie in eine produktivere und nachhaltigere Zukunft voran. Sie wollen Praxisluft in einem internationalen und zukunftsorientierten Konzern schnuppern? Dann kommen Sie zu uns als Praktikant (m/w/d) und lernen für 3 bis 6 Monate einen für Sie passenden Fachbereich kennen. Sie werden in umfangreiche Projekte eingebunden und übernehmen eigenständig feste Aufgaben. Nutzen Sie Ihre Zeit, erweitern Sie Ihr Netzwerk und lernen Sie uns im Rahmen eines Praktikums kennen. Allgemeiner Hintergrund: Effiziente Automatisierung erfordert problem-orientiertes Denken mit einem starken Fokus auf Lösungen und Anwendungen und spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Sicherung des heutigen Lebensstandards. Automatisierung im Allgemeinen und Robotik im Besonderen ermöglichen es, Waren in hoher Qualität und zu niedrigen Preisen herzustellen und den Verbrauch natürlicher Ressourcen durch effiziente Fertigungsprozesse zu reduzieren. Zu den wichtigsten Herausforderungen gehören: Sichere, effiziente und ergonomische Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) Hochpräzise Bewegungs- und Kraftregelung auch in teilweise unstrukturierten Umgebungen Benutzerfreundliches Engineering und Inbetriebnahme von Automationssystemen Intuitive Roboterprogrammierung Machine Learning in industriellen Roboteranwendungen

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
  • Wir bieten (Pflicht-) Fachpraktika in "Robotics and Automation" mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten je nach persönlichen Fähigkeiten und Interessen an:
  • 1) Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK):
  • Entwicklung & Analyse von neuen MRK Konzepten inkl. Validierung am Prüfstand oder in der Simulation für mehr Flexibilität und Produktivität in der Fertigung.
  • 2) Motion & Force CTRL: Entwicklung, Analyse und & Validierung in Simulation und/ oder am Prüfstand von neuen Reglerkonzepten.
  • 3) Machine learning: Untersuchung modernster maschineller Lernalgorithmen für die Robotik, von der Simulation bis hin zu realen Robotern, in Python mit TensorFlow / PyTorch
  • 4) Softwareentwicklung: Implementierung & Entwicklung von Robotersoftware in VisualStudio (C++, C#, JAVA) für intelligente Roboterfunktionalitäten.
  • 5) Mobile Roboter: Sicherheit von industriellen mobilen Robotern (IMRs) bzgl. Hardware, Kommunikation und
  • Sicherheitsarchitekturen.
Ihr Hintergrund
  • Laufender Masterstudiengang mit den Schwerpunkten Robotics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics oder Automation Engineering
  • Je nach Thema: Erste Programmierkenntnisse und -erfahrungen in Matlab/ Simulink, Python, C, C++ oder C#; Physikalisches Verständnis von Sensoren zur Umgebungserkennung (Radar, Laser, Vision);
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von regelungstechnischen Methoden
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit zum effizienten Problemlösen in HW und SW
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Beachten Sie bitte: Die Dauer des Praktikums ist in der Regel auf maximal 6 Monate begrenzt, freiwillige Praktika während des Bachelorstudiums können maximal für 3 Monate angeboten werden. Bitte geben Sie in Ihrer Bewerbung an, ob es sich um ein freiwilliges Praktikum oder ein Pflichtpraktikum handelt und fügen Sie Ihre Immatrikulationsbescheinigung bei.
