The senior publishing manager is responsible for overseeing the entire publishing process of our games, handling production, marketing, distribution, and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the production process from initial game versions to release
  • Manage production plans for testing, quality assurance, certification, and rating
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies encompassing advertising, press tours, and events
  • Collaborate with PR studios to ensure effective marketing of our games
  • Negotiate distribution agreements with platforms like Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox
  • Optimize revenue by expanding sales channels for our top-quality games
  • Establish close partnerships with the community manager, product manager, and CEO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the video game industry
  • Professional experience
