Your tasks

• You develop cross-departmental processes and strategies, primarily for data from our machines and systems.
• You define the roles and responsibilities for sustainable data use and thereby ensure long-term high data quality.
• You work closely with data stakeholders in various areas to define standards and ensure compliance.
• You audit compliance with the guidelines for the implementation of data and thereby ensure a CIP.
• You create a data versioning strategy and create requirements for a data catalog.
• You know global regulatory data topics (e.g. Data Act) and can derive measures for the concrete implementation of our machines and systems.
• You coordinate developments in the context of data.
• You ensure the transfer of knowledge for company departments and are the contact person for the data of our machines and systems.

your profile

• You have several years of experience in setting up processes, roles and responsibilities in the context of data governance or quality assurance.
• You have a lot of experience in dealing with data, e.g. classification, documentation, definitions, structures, semantics, versioning
• You have project management skills, personal responsibility and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• You find it easy to communicate in both German and English because you have a good command of both languages.

Ideally, you have knowledge of the following topics:

• Weihenstephan Standard and OMAC PackML
• Automation systems and OPC UA
• Transfer of data from the automation systems to cloud services
