The GVdL e.V. is an established and young audit association specializing in the audit, consultation, and supervision of cooperatives in all federal states.

Responsibilities
  • Participation or execution of cooperative mandatory audits
  • Examination of financial statements and regulatory provisions, initially in close collaboration with experienced auditors
  • Documentation of audit procedures and results in audit software
  • Familiarization with regulatory requirements of registered cooperatives as well as insights into processes and business strategies in various industries
  • Collaboration with the responsible auditor and other long-standing experts
  • Providing services to our members such as consulting and support for new establishments
Qualifications
  • Education: qualified professional qualification in the commercial or tax field, for example as a bank clerk, tax clerk, accountant, or industrial clerk with several years of relevant work experience
  • Study: Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on taxes, accounting, and auditing or legal studies
  • Experience: Ideally some initial work experience or internships in a relevant area
  • Knowledge: basic knowledge in areas of bookkeeping, accounting, coding, commercial and tax law, as well as cooperative law is advantageous
  • Personality: Motivation, ability to work independently, and a friendly and binding demeanor
