Zusätzlich bedient ContiTech die Automobil- und Transportindustrie sowie den Schienenverkehr.

  • Lokaler Ansprechpartner für Anfragen zur Datenkonformität
  • Proaktive Unterstützung der Group Compliance Abteilung und/oder eines Datenschutzbeauftragten bei der Einhaltung von (nationalen) Datenschutzgesetzen, interner Data-Compliance-Vorschriften sowie Data Governance und KI
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen, Anwendungen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen, in denen personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden, einschließlich der Erstellung, Überprüfung und Aktualisierung lokaler Dokumentationen und Prozesse in Bezug auf Datenschutz
  • Erstellen sowie Prüfen von individuellen Datenschutzverträgen
  • Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für die Einhaltung von Datenschutzvorschriften
  • Eigenständige Berichterstattung an das Management und an Group Compliance
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung. Zusätzliche Qualifikationen/Zertifikate im Datenschutz sind wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse der EU-Datenschutzgesetzte (DSGVO), sowie der nationalen Datenschutzgesetze (BDSG)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in multinationalen Organisationen mit vielfältigen Teams bevorzugt
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt im Datenschutzrecht wünschenswert
