Was dich erwartet

#Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung größerer und übergreifender strategischer Projekte in der Funktion als hauptverantwortliche:r Projektleiter:in, sowie fachliche Führung von Projektmitgliedern aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen und /oder externen Beratern/Dienstleistern; inkl. Stakeholdermanagement #Research: Eigenständige Identifizierung, Analyse und Bewertung von – auch dynamischen - Marktentwicklungen und eigenständige Ableitung von daraus resultierenden strategischen Handlungsempfehlungen #Merger: Selbständige und anspruchsvolle Prüfung von externen Akquisitionsmöglichkeiten, sowie Verantwortung für laufende M&A und Corporate Development Prozesse (u.a. Unternehmensbewertung, Due Diligence) #Stakeholdermanagement: Eigenständige fachliche Leitung der Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen, inkl. der Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens und der gesamten Telefónica S.A. Unternehmensgruppe #Presentation: Eigenverantwortliche Aufbereitung, Präsentation und Verteidigung der Arbeitsergebnisse in Form von Management-Präsentationen und/oder Workshops auf Senior Management- und Vorstands-Ebene #Innovation: Selbständige Erarbeitung von neuen Lösungen und Entwicklung von Best Practice Methoden für strategische Problemstellungen in allen Unternehmensbereichen (z.B. zur Optimierung Netzwerkauslastung/-rollout, Sales Channel Split etc.) #Mentoring: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Interviews mit Bewerbern sowie Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von junioreren Teammitgliedern (z.B. duale Studenten oder auch Mitarbeiter aus anderen Bereichen)

Was du mitbringst

Studium mit exzellentem Abschluss, zweiter Abschluss (Dr. oder MBA) von Vorteil Langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer führenden #Unternehmensberatung #Strategieentwicklung und/oder #Investment Banking Nachweisbare, umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von #Unternehmensstrategien und Implementierungsplänen Vertiefte Kenntnisse in angrenzender Fachgebiete wie #M&A und #Corporate Development & Strategy durch mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte der bisherigen beruflichen Tätigkeit in den Bereichen #Telekommunikation, #Kommunikation und Internet von Vorteil Erfahrung im #Projektmanagment, in #Financial Planning und in der Durchführung von M&A Projekten sowie internationale #Konzernerfahrung von Vorteil Herausragende Fähigkeiten in #Analyse und Lösung von Problemstellungen sowie herausragende #Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich) Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen auf Geschäftsführungsebene vorzubereiten und zu treiben gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an #Ergebnisorientierung sowie ausgeprägte #Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
