Deine Rolle
  • Du bist ein fester Bestandteil eines crossfunktionalen Teams aus verschiedenen Rollen
  • Deine Beratung fokussiert sich auf Entwicklungsthemen für Atlassian Tools über die Planung, Umsetzung, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung individueller Themen
  • Mit Deinen Lösungen setzt Du auf eine Kombination aus Konfiguration, Automations, Scripten, Forge Apps und individuellen Cloud-Apps
  • Du führst aktiv Workshops und Abstimmungen mit den Anspruchsgruppen durch
  • Durch Online-Trainings und Schulungen unterstützt Du die Einführungen bei den Kund*innen (remote und vor Ort)
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unserer Entwickler*innen in Projekten und stehst als Mentor*in für Deine Kolleg*innen zur Verfügung

  • Du bist bekannt für Professionalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei zugleich empathischem Auftreten
  • Das Ergebnis und die Kund*innen verlierst Du niemals aus dem Blick
  • Dein mehrjähriger Erfahrungsschatz ist reich gefüllt:
    • individuelle Softwareentwicklung in zahlreichen IT-Projekten
    • fachliche Konzeption von Workflowsystemen, Intranet- oder Issuetrackinglösungen
    • Konfiguration von Atlassian Produkten
  • Und natürlich ist auch die Basis vorhanden: Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
