We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
This role is based in our Munich office.Responsibilities- Develop GTM strategies in regions for Germany TikTok commerce, identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive partners adoption and revenue growth- Help generate strategies and thought-leadership for priority verticals and client planning.- Partner with category team develop partners mass onboarding strategy for Germany market- Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the Germany TikTok commerce.
-Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities- Hiring and coaching the best talent- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches and creating scalable solutionsQualifications- Extensive experience in a commerce growth marketing role- Have strong experience navigating the Germany digital media landscape.- Experience in managing diverse teams- Self-starter with strong communication skills- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.- Strong knowledge of the German commerce landscape, partners demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation- Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing and influencers- Fluent in English and German; Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.
