Setzt neue Energie frei - Dein Einsatz:
  • Integrierte Kategorie-Strategien für Photovoltaik-Komponenten
    Du entwickelst und implementierst globale Kategorie-Strategien, insbesondere für die Beschaffung von Photovoltaik-Komponenten mit dem Schwerpunkt auf PV-Modulen, Wechselrichtern, Batterien, Wärmepumpen und weiteren elektronischen und mechanischen Komponenten
  • Steuerung des Einkaufsprozesses
    Als Wertschöpfungspartner für Stakeholder und bereichsübergreifende Funktionen steuerst und kontrollierst Du den gesamten strategischen Beschaffungsprozess
  • Lieferantenmanagement
    Du entwickelst unsere Schlüssellieferanten zu strategischen Partnern
  • Risikomanagement
    Du nutzt Deine fundierten Markt- und Lieferantenkenntnisse, um Risiken entlang der gesamten Supply Chain proaktiv zu erkennen und zu steuern
  • Nachhaltige Kostensenkung
    Du planst und implementierst nachhaltige Kostensenkungsprojekte im Rahmen der TCO, richtest die Einkaufsziele an den Unternehmenszielen aus und treibst die Weiterentwicklung effizienter Einkaufsprozesse voran


Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:
  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, und hast bereits Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf gesammelt
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern ist von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfolge im Einkauf, insbesondere im Management von Großprojekten, sowie über erfolgreiche Leistungen im Kategorie-Management mit Erfahrung in komplexen Verhandlungen
  • Branchenerfahrung, insbesondere im Energiesektor, sowie Führungserfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise aus, bist kommunikations- sowie entscheidungsstark und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Du beherrschst MS Office und SAP und deine Kenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, die Tools effektiv zu nutzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
