Job Overview

TE's Energy Business Unit (BU) develops innovative connectivity technologies that help keep the power on while accelerating the transition to renewable energy sources. We're looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and diverse marketing team to contribute to our business growth in the renewables, power utilities, and industrial vertical segments.

The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs across all media.

Our teams are location in Ottobrunn near Munich and Waiblingen near Stuttgart, combined with home office, you can also work full remotely in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, content creations skils, be self-directed, and be able to flawlessly execute a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders including product management, sales, and engineering. We are looking for a marketing expert who has experience working in an international, matrixed organization. Fluency in English and German is required.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Drive the global marketing go-to-market strategy for our smart grid solutions, shaping value propositions and initiatives that drive growth.
  • Create evergreen content including strong sales and distribution enablement tools, thought leadership webinars, white papers and articles to support product launches and key portfolio positioning.
  • Plan and execute digital promotion campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow demand, and enable sales and distributors, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve messaging.
  • Integrate the portfolio of our acquired smart grid business into TE, including messaging, sales tools, and website integration.
  • Ensure the integration of smart grid solutions at trade shows, collaborating with marketing event project managers to coordinate displays, marketing materials and speaking opportunities.
  • Act as a consultant to cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications.
  • 5+ years of international B2B or technical marketing experience.
  • Highly skilled project manager with a track record of handling complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to develop and manage impactful marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
  • Experienced in content creation, presenting to leadership, directing agencies, managing vendor relationships, and handling budgets.
  • Up to 15% travel to sites near Munich and Stuttgart to engage with key stakeholders.
