Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft
Als Junior Controller (m/w/d) bei Roadsurfer hast Du einen direkten Einfluss auf die Gestaltung und Steuerung des Finanzbereichs eines schnell-wachsendenden Unternehmens im Bereich Outdoor-Travel. Damit trägst du aktiv zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Bereichs bei und bist im engen Austausch mit zentralen Funktionen wie Accounting sowie den operativen Fachabteilungen IT, Sales, Marketing etc. Das Controlling-Team nimmt eine wichtige Rolle in unserer Finanzstrategie ein mit dem Ziel effiziente Budgetierungs-, Prognose- und Berichterstattungspraktiken und -prozesse sicherzustellen, die am Ende wertvolle Erkenntnisse zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungsfindung liefern. Auf diese Weise trägst du dazu bei, den Erfolg von Roadsurfer in einem dynamischen Umfeld voranzutreiben.
Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen und Erstellung von relevanten Berichten an die Geschäftsleitung sowie an die Investoren.
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgetplanungen und Reportings in enger Abstimmung mit den Kostenstellenverantwortlichen sowie aktive Überwachung der Kosten und der allgemeinen Geschäftsentwicklung.
Business Partner für operative Funktionen zur Entwicklung von Lösungen für geschäftliche sowie finanzielle Fragestellungen.
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, des Konzernabschlusses sowie der zugrundeliegenden Prüfungsprozesse.
Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium.
Du hast erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Mindset, selbständige, strukturierte, ergebnis- sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
