Im Auftrag einer IT-Firma im Bereich Sicherheitstechnologie am Standort München suchen wir ab sofort einen Sachbearbeiter Commercial Sales Team (w/m/d). In der Funktion Sachbearbeiter Commercial Sales Team (w/m/d) unterstützen Sie das Projekt-Team bei der sorgfältigen Prüfung von Verträgen sowie bei der digitalen Ablage relevanter Informationen.
- Identifikation von Datenlücken: Analyse vorhandener Verträge und Umsätze, Identifikation fehlender Dokumente in Salesforce
- Datenrecherche: Einfordern und Sammeln von Altverträgen von zuständigen Account Managern
- Vertragsanalyse: Übertragung von Vertragsdaten in vorgegebene Template-Felder
- Datenübertrag in Salesforce: Hochladen der gesammelten Daten per Template-Upload in Salesforce
- Dokumentenspeicherung: Validierung und Speicherung der Vertragsdokumente in den entsprechenden Datenobjekten in Salesforce
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung, sehr gerne auch ein BWL - oder Sprachen-Studium. Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter im Commercial Sales Team (w/m/d) wären von Vorteil
- Sichere Anwendung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, (Französischkenntnisse wären vorteilhaft, aber nicht Bedingung)
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sind zwingend erforderlich sowie Grundkenntnisse in Data Analytics und Salesforce wären wünschenswert
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz ist notwendig sowie dieFähigkeit, präzise und detailorientiert zu arbeiten
