Buyer Food (m/w/d) Einleitung

Operativer Einkauf von Lebensmitteln ist dein Ding? Dann wird dir dieser Job schmecken Gemeinsam setzen wir Produktideen um, behalten die neusten Food-Trends im Blick und pflegen nicht nur unser Sortiment, sondern auch die Geschäftsbeziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten. Im engen Austausch mit deinem Team führst du Verhandlungen und probierst neue Produkte aus. Auf der Zunge zergehen lassen kannst du dir auch unsere Arbeitsbedingungen, schließlich sind Teamwork, Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und viel Eigenverantwortung die Hauptzutaten unseres Teamerfolgs.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für dein Sortiment, von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt im Regal unserer Filialen
  • Durchführung von Verhandlungen und Jahresgesprächen mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Sortimentsoptimierung durch Teilnahme an Verkostungen
  • Trendscouting, um neue Produktinnovationen zu identifizieren und das Lidl Sortiment zukunftssicher aufzustellen
  • Sicherstellung der Lieferkette durch Bündelung von Informationen aus den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Qualitätssicherung, Marketing, CSR, usw.
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Führen von Verhandlungen im Einkauf oder Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Verhandlungsgeschick in Kombination mit ausgeprägten rhetorischen Fähigkeiten
  • Gespür für Marktentwicklungen, Kundenanforderungen und Trends
  • Affinität für Produkte aus dem Bereich Food
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
