Bist du leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, kritische Vermögenswerte zu schützen und die Sicherheit eines Unternehmens zu gewährleisten? Wenn ja, bietet das Corporate Security Team von Uniper die perfekte Gelegenheit für dich als Werkstudent. Als CRITIS-Unternehmen ist Uniper international im Bereich der Unternehmenssicherheit tätig und hilft dabei, die neuesten Verfahren und Prozesse für die Unternehmenssicherheit zu entwickeln.

Rollenübersicht:

  • Als Werkstudent im Corporate Security Team hast du die Möglichkeit, durch Übernahme verschiedener wichtiger Aufgaben zu unserer Mission beizutragen. Du sammelst praktische Erfahrungen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Experten zusammen, während du ein wichtiger Teil unserer Sicherheitsbemühungen bist
  • Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Verfahren, Abläufe und Berichte zu entwickeln, die das Team zur Überwachung, Verwaltung und Entwicklung der Implementierung und Leistung unserer Prozesse verwendet
  • Du wendest dein Fachwissen an, um Gesetzgebung in die tägliche Arbeit zu integrieren, und nutzt deine Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS Power Point, um Informationen und Verfahren für die praktische Umsetzung an die Sicherheitsbeauftragten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Corporate Security Branch bereitzustellen
  • Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, zu folgenden Themen beizutragen: KRITIS Dachgesetz (NIS-2), Vernetzung von Sicherheitsstrukturen und Behörden sowie Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsaspekten, angepasst an die globale Gesamtsituation
  • Prozessdokumentation: Lerne und nutze Symbio Web, um Prozesse zu dokumentieren und so Klarheit und Konsistenz in unseren Sicherheitsoperationen sicherzustellen
  • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Sicherheitsberichten: Trage zur Erstellung und Überprüfung von Sicherheitsberichten bei und stelle dabei Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit sicher
  • Unterstützung im Projektmanagement: Arbeite mit Projektmanagern zusammen, um den Projektstatus zu berichten und sicherzustellen, dass Sicherheitsaspekte effektiv integriert werden
  • Veranstaltungssicherheit: Unterstütze unsere Bemühungen im Veranstaltungsmanagement, indem du an Business Impact Analysen teilnimmst, Berichte erstellst und überprüfst, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Geschäft auch bei Herausforderungen widerstandsfähig bleibt

Wie Du ins Team kommst

Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllen:

  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch als wichtiger Bestandteil unseres internationalen Teams; Sie müssen in beiden Sprachen effektiv kommunizieren können
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint sowie Erfahrung im Bereich SEO
  • Begeisterung für Sicherheit sowie Interesse und Leidenschaft für Sicherheit, Notfallmaßnahmen und Geschäftskontinuität sind unerlässlich
