Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch sein innovatives und dynamisches Geschäftsmodell aus. Zur Unterstützung des Teams wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Senior Controller (m/w/d) gesucht.

Aufgabengebiet

Erstellung der konsolidierten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse gem. HGB und zukünftig IFRS und die externe BerichterstattungErstellung des Management-Reportings für Geschäftsführung und BeiratBetreuung der internationalen Tochterunternehmen bei der Erstellung der Einzelabschlüsse und der Überleitung zu Konzernreportings, Steuerung der lokalen DienstleisterErstellung des Bankenreportings gem. der einschlägigen VereinbarungenVerantwortung für das KonsolidierungssystemVerantwortung für die entsprechenden Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und internen KontrollenUnterstützung bei M&A-ProjektenEinführung der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung gem.
