Dein Impact:

Als Senior Consultant Insurance (m/w/d) entwickelst du für unsere Kunden individuelle Lösungsansätze zur Bewältigung aktueller Herausforderungen, die aus der Digitalisierung entstehen.

  • Beratung: Du unterstützt Versicherungsunternehmen bei Herausforderungen im Kontext von IFRS9 / 17, EbAVII, SolvencyII, Finance-, Efficiency- oder Digital-Transformation.
  • Aufgabenvielfalt: Zusätzlich bringst du dich bei der Entwicklung und Einführung ganzheitlicher Risk- / Finance- und Compliance Zielbetriebsmodelle ein.
  • Konzeption: Neben deinen planerischen Fähigkeiten fließt dein Wissen in die Implementierung von integrierten Compliance-Management-Systemen ein.
  • Analyse: Auf Grundlage deiner Bewertung erfolgt die Implementierung neuer Technologien, z. B. FinTech- / RegTech-Innovations, Analytics & Big Data oder Digitization & (Smart-) Automation.
  • Teamwork: Bei IT-Themen arbeitest du eng mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen und tauschst dich fachlich mit internationalen Experten aus.
Dein Skillset:
  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder (Wirtschafts-) Recht
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit, einer kaufmännischen bzw. technischen Ausbildung in der Versicherungswirtschaft und / oder im Beratungsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Risikomanagement, Rechnungslegung, Compliance, Datenmanagement und / oder IT-Risk / Finance-Architekturen von Vorteil
  • Offenheit und Innovationsbereitschaft im Umgang und Einsatz von neuen Technologien sowie grundsätzliche technische Affinität
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
