Als Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte berätst Du auf Augenhöhe, lösungsorientiert und kompetent in Fragestellungen rund um die Themen Teamentwicklung, Feedback- und Führungskultur, persönliche Entwicklung, Veränderungsprozessen, uvm. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren HR Business Partnern zusammen, setzt Impulse und traust Dich Neues auszuprobieren. Deine Arbeitsweise: Du bevorzugst sinnhaftes trial-and-error, fern ab von wochenlanger Konzeption im Elfenbeinturm und Top-Down-Roll-Outs. Dir ist Qualität in der HR Arbeit wichtig. Dabei achtest Du die gesunde Mischung aus Machbarkeit, Validität und berücksichtigst unsere Personalstrategie in Deinem Handeln. Du übersetzt theoretischen Anspruch in eine Lösung, die zu uns passt und den Bedürfnissen des Fachbereichs Rechnung trägt. Daneben bringst Du Dich in die Optimierung und Gestaltung von spannende HR-Projekten sowie Entwicklungsinstrumenten ein. Dein Grundverständnis für digitalen Geschäftsmodelle und /oder erste Erfahrung mit Agile Working sowie modernen Arbeitsformen verbindest Du mit den Themen der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.

Das wünschen wir uns

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, bringst Berufserfahrung in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung mit und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse der Systemischen Beratung. Du hast schon Erfahrungen in der E-Commerce- oder IT-Branche gesammelt? Hervorragend Wenn nicht, helfen Dir Deine digitale Affinität, Deine klare innere Haltung und Deine Empathie Dich bei uns zurechtzufinden. Daneben stehst Du für ganzheitliche Beratung und bist akzeptierter Sparringspartner:

Du bist eine offene, zugewandte Persönlichkeit, Deine Arbeitsweise ist integrativ, eigenverantwortlich und Hands-on geprägt. Du gehst die Themen step-by-step an und lebst Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung pragmatisch für das Business. Du weißt was Du tust: gekonnt setzt Du Deine fachliche Kompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Serviceorientierung situationsgerecht ein. Du magst die Mischung: Deine Beratungskompetenz, Deine Serviceorientierung wie auch Deine operative Umsetzungsstärke bringst Du zielorientiert ein. Idealerweise hast Du bereits Veränderungsprozesse begleitet sowie in komplexen Arbeitswelten agiert. Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung im Tooling für Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungsthemen mit, z.B. SAP, Concept- oder Miroboard, , oä. Du kommunizierst freundlich und verbindlich mit unterschiedlichen Menschen in allen denkbaren Situationen und Hierarchieebenen: analog und digital, schriftlich und mündlich, in Englisch und Deutsch.
