Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Payroll oder einen Abschluss als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Lohn/ Gehaltsabrechnung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs-, Tarif und Arbeitsrecht
Routinierter Umgang mit den aktuellen MS-Office Tools (vor allem MS-Excel und Pivot)
Erfahrungen im Bereich der Payroll wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Kundenunterstützung bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
Klärung und Parametrierung von komplexen Payroll-Sachverhalten
Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Software und Service Prozesse
Übernahme eines eigenen Kundenstammes nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung
