Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir für unseren Kunden Roche in Mannheim ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt bis vorerst Ende Oktober 2025 einen Procurement Delivery Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben / Your tasks:
  • Procurement delivery practitioner: Beschaffungsexpert:in, der/die Beschaffungsstrategien entwickelt und umsetzt, indem er/sie die Ausgaben, das Know-how in der jeweiligen Kategorie, robuste Beschaffungs-, Verhandlungs- und Vertragsmethoden, Methoden und Rahmenwerke für das Lieferantenmanagement sowie Projektmanagementfähigkeiten nutzt
  • Category and sourcing subject matter specialist: Fachexpert:in für Kategorien und Beschaffung, der/die Markt- und interne Analysen durchführt, um Strategien und taktische Pläne dafür zu entwickeln, wie Roche Waren und Dienstleistungen von Dritten beschaffen und verhandeln sollte, um die Anforderungen der Interessengruppen zu erfüllen
  • Content and automation developer: Entwickler:in von Inhalten und Automatisierungen, der/die Beschaffungsergebnisse und -möglichkeiten in Inhalte und automatisierte Einkaufskanäle umsetzt, die die Akzeptanz, Zufriedenheit und Gesamteffizienz des Unternehmens verbessern
  • Der Delivery Specialist arbeitet innerhalb des Capability-Teams, der Networks und Squads/Projektteams, um sowohl Projekt- als auch Grundlagenarbeit zu unterstützen

Ihre Qualifikationen / Your qualifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to procurement, such as Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Ariba integration. Knowledge of the S/4HANA data model and the ability to work with CDS views, Fiori apps, and the SAP HANA database
  • Data Management: Skills in data migration, data quality, and data governance specific to procurement data. Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Understanding of the IT infrastructure requirements for S/4HANA; Domain Knowledge
  • Procurement Processes: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end direct procurement processes, including supplier management, contract management, sourcing, procurement execution, and spend analysis. Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices and regulations (pharmaceuticals). Understanding of supply chain dynamics, inventory management, and logistics as they relate to procurement
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Change Management: Ability to manage stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and developing effective solutions within the procurement function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and operations
  • Business Fluency in German and English
