Job Title: Team Leader (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Taking disciplinary responsibility for a 6person SAP development team in Germany (crosssite).
  • Supporting implementation projects and delivering highquality support in the area of Project Services to customers.
  • Staffing and workload responsibility for the team, conducting staffing and hiring interviews, and developing team competencies.
  • Planning and ensuring SAP development support for existing customers.
  • Contributing expert knowledge to developmentspecific SAP topics through technical consulting and own implementations.
  • Working on various SAP project types and developing new concepts within a team.
  • Developing development standards and internal processes with team leader colleagues and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in SAP development with ABAP, ABAP OO, RICEFW.
  • Experience in the implementation of SAP applications based on SAP ECC Business Suite and S/4HANA.
  • Initial leadership experience and/or project management experience.
  • Experience in support, managed services, and ITIL processes.
  • Handson experience in Fiori/UI5 development, CDS views, and OData services.
  • Knowledge of other SAP technologies such as interface and forms development.
  • Commitment and motivation to grow the team and develop into new technologies.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2).
