Dein Job:
  • Du bist Teil des Teams J-SOX Compliance and Process Management im Financial and Operational Risk Management (F/ORM) als "2nd-line-of-defense" und unter der CFO angesiedelt. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Teilbereichen unseres In Control Systems nach J-SOX Anforderungen
  • In unserer Matrix Organisation verstehst du dich als Business Partner*in für das Thema Operational Risk Management für festgelegte Value Streams / Centers of Expertise / Central Services
  • Du durchdringst die Prozesse sowie deren inhärente Risiken der dir zugeordneten Unternehmensbereiche und implementierst im Rahmen der J-SOX Journey gemeinsam mit der 1st Line of Defense wirkungsvolle Kontrollen für das Interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) von LichtBlick
  • Du agierst als zentrale*r Vermittler*in zwischen dem Fachbereich und den internen und externen Auditor*innen im Rahmen von nationalen und internationalen Revisionsprüfungen
  • Du kommunizierst dabei klar und strukturiert mit den Stakeholdern aus unseren niederländischen und japanischen Konzerngesellschaften sowie involvierten Wirtschaftsprüfungen
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Schaffung einer nachhaltigen Risikomanagement-Kultur bei und übernimmst Change-Management Aufgaben in den Fachbereichen, um das Verständnis für die J-SOX Regulatorik und das IKS unternehmensweit zu stärken
  • Du erarbeitest Reports und notwendige Maßnahmenpläne strukturiert und diskutierst diese geschickt auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Du bist zentraler Bestandteil eines cross-funktionalen, internationalen Regulatorik-Projektes und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl
Deine Skills:
  • Du hast dein Masterstudium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Internen oder Externen Revision, der Wirtschaftsprüfung, (prüfungsnahen) Unternehmensberatung oder im Operational Risk Management mit Fokus auf das Interne Kontrollsystem / Internal Controls
  • Idealerweise hast du praktische Erfahrungen im Konzernumfeld und im Bereich der SOX oder J-SOX Regulatorik gesammelt
  • Du bist ein*e starke*r Kommunikator*in und hast Freude daran, die Organisation auf allen Hierarchieebenen von deinem Thema zu überzeugen
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist sehr eigenständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert. Du forderst notwendige Zuarbeit aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen routiniert ein
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, ein übergreifendes Prozessverständnis und eine pragmatische Hands-On Mentalität für die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen
