Was wir bieten:

  • Unterstützung des HR-Teams im aktuellen Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitwirken bei aktuellen HR-Projekten und Sonderthemen
  • Bearbeiten von Bewerbermanagementaufgaben
  • Erledigen von allgemeinen administrativen Themen, wie Zeugnissen oder Bescheinigungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit konzerninternen HR-Team sowie mit Fachabteilungen, Betriebsratsgremien oder Personaldienstleitern

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Immatrikulierter Student im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office sowie erste Kenntnisse in SAP HCM von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Dienstleitungsmentalität
