Was darf bei keinem Smartphone fehlen? Genau, der Mikrochip - das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips - und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.

In der Gruppe Project Management Metrology Optics, welche ein integraler Teil der Entwicklungsabteilung Metrology Optics & Interferometry innerhalb der ZEISS Sparte Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology ist, werden Sie ein Team von motivierten, engagierten Projektleitungen disziplinarisch und fachlich führen. Dabei werden Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessen und Methoden in Ihrer Gruppe Verantwortung übernehmen und Entscheidungen herbeiführen, die stets strategisch und unternehmerisch geprägt sind. Im Vordergrund steht für Sie der Ausbau von Projektleitungskompetenz der Mitarbeitenden und die Etablierung von gut bereichsübergreifenden Schnittstellen, sowie aktives Stakeholdermanagement. Gemeinsam gestalten wir damit die Zukunft der Halbleiterlithografie durch fortschrittlichste Interferometer Technik.

  • Sie leiten die neu geformte Gruppe Project Management Metrology Optics mit derzeit 8 Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch
  • Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln Ihre Projektleiter und stellen eine zertifizierte Qualifizierung sicher und sorgen für einheitliche Prozesse, Methoden und Standards
  • Sie motivieren und entwickeln die Teammitglieder engagiert
  • Sie stellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern exzellente Ergebnisse in Ihrer Gruppe sicher
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass benötigte Kompetenzen, Kapazitäten und Technologien in ihrer Gruppe geplant, entwickelt und vorgehalten werden und unterstützen damit das strategische Wachstum der SMT
  • Sie pflegen Beziehungen zu internen & externen Entwicklungspartnern und kümmern sich um die Erweiterung des vorhandene Partnernetzwerks
  • Sie arbeiten effektiv im Führungsteam zusammen und gestalten gemeinsam gruppenübergreifende und strategische Themen, sowie deren Umsetzung

Ihr Profil

  • Ihr technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen (gerne mit Promotion)
  • Sie haben mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von größeren Projekten in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der (disziplinarischen oder lateralen) Führung und Steuerung von Teams
  • Sie haben Ihre Fähigkeiten und Ihr Methodenwissen als Projektleiter erfolgreich bereits zeigen können und über eine Zertifizierung nach IPMA Level B oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation nachgewiesen
  • Sie bringen sehr hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit mit, Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen, sowie sich in neue komplexe Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Sie können Mitarbeitende motivieren, richtig einsetzen, zielgerichtet entwickeln und so die Gruppe zu einem leistungsstarken Team zu formen
  • Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
