Deine Aufgaben
  • Inhaltliche und organisatorische Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen, sowie Teilnahme an Kundenterminen
  • Effiziente Steuerung und Entwicklung der Kundenprojekte, sowie eine proaktive Kundenbetreuung (operatives Relationship Management)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen und deren Durchführung
  • Permanente Wettbewerbs- und Umfeldbeobachtung
  • Sorgfältige Überprüfung von Kostenvoranschlägen und die Einhaltung von definierten Markenzielen
  • Koordination der internen Kommunikation, Sicherstellung von reibungslosen Prozessabläufen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von Praktikanten und Werkstudierenden
Dein Profil
  • Du bist Absolvent eines themenrelevanten Studiums, zum Beispiel BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Marketing
  • Du hast erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich Social Media oder Influencer Marketing
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse und Verständnis für Social Media und Influencer Marketing gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kreativität
  • Du hast exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, bist affin darin Budgets zu kontrollieren und diese mit Hilfe deiner Excel-Kenntnisse gut aufzuschlüsseln
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Kundenanliegen und kannst auch mit stressigen Situationen gut umgehen
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für dich, dein Team, unsere Kunden und auch die kleinen Dinge - denn am Ende zählt jedes Detail
  • Dein Deutsch und Englisch ist fließend in Wort und Schrift und dir bereitet die Ausarbeitung von Texten sehr viel Spaß (C1 Level)
