AUFGABENDie Abteilung GBE/SL-P Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management liefert professionelles Rechnungsmanagement für alle angeschlossenen, europäischen BASF-Gruppengesellschaften und ist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Finanzabteilungen aktiv am Entstehen einer optimierten Kreditorenprozesskette beteiligt.
- Sie übernehmen klassische buchhalterische Aufgaben, wie Rechnungsprüfung, Rechnungsbuchung, Kontenklärung und Zahllaufprüfung.
- Zudem bearbeiten Sie Anfragen unserer Lieferanten über unsere Service-Management-Plattform ServiceNow und treiben aktiv Verbesserungen in der Servicebereitstellung voran.
- Sie können Ihre offene und kommunikative Art optimal bei der Lieferanteneinführung einsetzen.
- Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen und Know-how bei der Wissensweitergabe zu Prozessen und IT-Tools ein.
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
- erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Buchhaltung, sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung
- Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Veränderungen und ausgeprägte Affinität für neue Tools, sowie deren inhaltliche und technische Entwicklung
- idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP und ServiceNow
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- 30 Urlaubstage sowie Sonderurlaubs- und Sabbatical-Modelle.
