• Formulation of business cases for setting up and implementing data governance measures
• Designing data governance programs and communicating the relevance of the topic for the success of a data-driven transformation
• Supporting data projects in data governance issues (data protection, data quality, metadata management, etc.)
• Development of KPI systems to measure and control the success of data governance measures
• Introduction and further development of tools to support data governance topics for customers (data catalog, business glossary, data quality management, etc.)
• Advising and coaching data governance teams at our customers

• Completed IT-oriented or business studies
• Passionate about data and making it useful for business
• Not just enjoyment, but also 2 or more years of experience in data governance, data quality management and/or metadata management
• Enjoy solving complex challenges for our customers
• A passion for process improvements and the knowledge of how change needs to be managed
• Mentally, you are always at least one step ahead and have the motivation and ability to take our customers along on this step and to communicate complex concepts in a way that is appropriate to the target audience
