Customer Service Specialist (Focus on Export, Customs, Shipping) (m/f/d)

Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes promote quick assumption of responsibility in your area and provide space for independent and creative work.Your responsibilities at SIGNUS:Organization, processing, review, and continuous optimization of all customs processes according to customs regulations together with your colleagues.Handling international orders and creating delivery notes, invoices, shipping and export documents.Picking and packing goods for shipping.Maintaining master data in ERP for your customer group.Supporting and working closely with the responsible export sales team in customer service (correspondence, quotes, phone calls, etc.).Monitoring and managing consignment warehouses.Checking and processing goods imports.Assisting with warehouse management (inventory) and compliance with quality assurance measures.Playing a key role in the international customer service order processing process and serving as an important interface to all departments in the company.You are curious, open, and identify with this profile description:Completed commercial education, preferably in wholesale or industry.Professional experience in export processing and order processing / customer service is mandatory.Very good knowledge of English and German language in speech and writing.Proficient in MS Office products, skilled in Excel and Word.Independent, conscientious, and able to work under pressure, even with time constraints.Team player with quick comprehension.Confident, self-assured, and professional demeanor, strong customer and service orientation.
