To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Corporate Center at our location in Cologne:IT Network & Security Expert(m/f/d)
Job Description
  • Introducing and implementing IT security mechanisms & measures and monitoring their effectiveness in the IT infrastructure and network.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure that security aspects are integrated into the overall IT infrastructure.
  • Contributing to the creation of technical documentation.
  • Ensuring the M365 access control mechanisms as part of identity management.
  • Participation and involvement in overarching IT projects.
  • Identifying and assessing potential security risks and implementing risk mitigation measures in cloud & network environments.
  • Identifying (potential) vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure and applications and deriving the necessary countermeasures.
  • Monitoring network security and ensuring suitable preventive measures are taken.
Qualification
  • Training as an IT specialist in system integration.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security.
  • Experience in international IT projects is an advantage.
  • Certifications in the IT security field are an advantage.
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience and enjoyment of the job.
  • High sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Good self-organization skills.
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
  • Willingness to develop yourself further, critical and open-minded.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills in German and English.
