We seek a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, primarily focusing on nurturing relationships with major automotive manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
Establish and execute regional sales goals, including quarterly, annual, and 5-year plansHandle Change Requests (CR) from customers after contract nomination until End of Production (EOP), negotiating additional funds for any alterations to product specificationsManage cost, timeline, and product strategy for dedicated accountsEnsure seamless internal communication and support management requirements, particularly in understanding and fulfilling technical requirements for the productLead commercial negotiations with customers regarding part price and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costsCollaborate closely with internal departments, particularly Product Management, Delivery, Finance, and Operations, to convey customer needs effectivelyThe position involves traveling in Europe, and to Innoviz's Head Quarters in Israel
