Responsibilities:- Tracking Setup: Implement and manage tracking setups using Google Tag Manager and other tools to ensure precise data collection for our clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyze existing data independently, draw accurate conclusions, identify relevant KPIs, and detect bugs and potentials.
- Process Optimization: Actively participate in developing and optimizing processes for data integration and analysis. Bring your experience to the table and continuously evolve our tracking focus in collaboration with the team.
- Reporting: Create automated reports and dashboards regularly, evaluate the output to make the performance of our client campaigns measurable and meaningful, and identify valuable potentials.
- Education & Sharing: Stay updated on the latest trends in Web Analytics and potentially Performance Marketing, and share your knowledge with the team.
- Data Expertise: Several years of experience and passion for Web Analytics and data-driven marketing.
- Tool Skills: Proficient in tracking and web analysis tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant software solutions.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions based on data, recognizing opportunities for our agency and demanding clients.
- Initiative: Work independently, proactive, and contribute ideas to optimize processes.
- Motivation & Learning: Curious and always willing to learn, deepen your knowledge in Web Analytics, Tracking, and Performance Marketing, and share that knowledge with the team.
