Your Tasks

The Global eAssortment Manager is responsible for overseeing the product assortment strategy for our e-commerce channels. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our online product offerings and drive business growth and fostering various eProjects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead eCommerce ready packaging efforts
  • Manage WTB (Where to Buy) functionality
  • Identify and lead various Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects Globally:
    • Analyze online assortment & help in identifying RGM opportunities within a selected country
    • Engage relevant stakeholders and project members in the process to attract buy in & budget
    • Oversee and drive the implementation of recommended solutions
  • Vendor Relations – support local affiliates in manage relationships with eRetailers to drive innovation in product offerings.
  • eCommerce Optimization – reinforce local teams to optimize product listings, categorization, and content to improve the online shopping experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales..
  • Product Curation - Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to curate a diverse and appealing product range that reflects the needs and desires of our target audience.
  • Market Research - Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce best practices to inform assortment decisions.
Your Profile
  • Knowledge of the e-comm environment (min. 4 years hand-on experience), preferably prior experience working directly at the e-retailer such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Mercado Libre etc. or eventually working currently in e-comm role.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and sales / e-comm reporting
  • Experience in e-assortment strategy, offering
  • Understanding global eRetailers and eShoppers trends, insights and operations to feed into innovation pipeline
  • Strong bias for action and interpersonal skills
  • Proven record of driving successful e-commerce projects, initiatives in cross-functional teams with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
