Area Human Resources Manager (m/w)

DEIN JOB:
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Mitarbeiter sämtlicher Filialen der Area Braunschweig in allen personalwirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Area Manager
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an den HR Director Germany Deutschland und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Area Managementteam (Visual Merchandising, Finance, Facility Management)
  • Beratung des Area Managementteams und der Filial-Führungskräfte zu arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Steuerung und Durchführung sämtlicher personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse vom Mitarbeitereintritt bis -austritt
  • Verantwortung für die Personalkosten und -kennzahlen, Personaleinsatzplanung, Urlaubsplanung und Krankheitsstatistik in enger Abstimmung mit dem Area Controller
  • Planung des Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräftetrainings in der Area
  • Betreuung der Auszubildenden in der Area einschl. Erstellung der Aus- und Fortbildungspläne, Beratung der Ausbildungsfilialen etc.
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen priorisierten Filialbesuchen innerhalb der Area
  • Projektarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Director Germany und anderen Area HR Managern
DEIN PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR-Manager im (Textil-) Einzelhandel inkl. einschlägiger Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits,- Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Affinität zur Modebranche
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Verhandlungs- und Umsetzungsstäke sowie Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie vertrauensvolle, inspirierende und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
