Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Bau & Sanierung für Wohngebäude

Mögliche Standorte: Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Mannheim

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie leiten die Sanierungsarbeiten an Objekten in unserem eigenen Wohnungsbestand, wie die vollständige Sanierung unserer Wohngebäude, Reparaturen oder Erneuerungen von Gebäudeteilen wie z.B. Dächern, Fassaden, Fenstern, Balkonen, Aufzügen & Heizungs-/Wasser-/Lüftungsanlagen
  • Sie koordinieren Vertragspartner, Planer und ausführende Firmen hinsichtlich der optimalen Durchführung der Bau- und Umbaumaßnahmen
  • Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte von der Konzeptionsphase über die Vergabe von Planungs- und Bauleistungen, übernehmen deren Kontrolle und Überwachung bis zum Abschluss des Projektes mit der verbundenen Abnahme und der konformen Abrechnung.
  • Sie übernehmen die Mängelfeststellung und deren Beseitigung unter Wahrung der Gewährleistungsansprüche
  • Sie beraten unser Property- und Assetmanagement zu Lösungen für Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Sie erstellen Budgets; Angebots- und Kostenvergleiche
  • Sie dokumentieren den Projektverlauf in den dafür vorgesehenen EDV-Systemen
Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium zum Bauingenieur, Architekt, Meister des Bauhandwerks oder eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich
  • Sie verfügen über min. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und im Project Management von Modernisierungs- und Umbauarbeiten
  • Sie sind gut organisiert, strukturieren sich eigenständig und sind eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Sie verfügen über ein kommunikatives und ein verhandlungssicheres Auftreten unseren Kunden und Firmen gegenüber
  • Sie verfügen über Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Branchenkenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft bzw. Immobilienverwaltung mit
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sie habe einen Führerschein der Klasse B
