YOUR TASKS- You oversee reception operations and deliver excellent customer service
- You handle operational and administrative duties: invoicing, timekeeping, online reputation management, quality assessments, and more
- You create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and strive to make their stay memorable
- You maintain high-quality standards in your department
- You lead the front-of-house team in collaboration with the Assistant Hotel Manager
- You thrive in a varied work environment and are available for shifts on weekdays, weekends, and different times of the day
- You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality as a reception supervisor or receptionist
- You are outgoing, enjoy multitasking in a dynamic setting, and take pleasure in assisting guests
- You are a team player, capable of guiding and developing team members
- You are proficient in a front office system (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
- You are fluent in German and English (B1-B2 level), knowledge of other languages is a plus
