Aufgabengebiet

Pflege der CAFM-Stammdaten (Liegenschaften, Gebäude, techn. Anlagen, Wartungs- und Prüfplanung, sowie weitere Prozessstammdaten)Sicherstellung der weitestgehenden Vollständigkeit und Aktualität des s.g. "Asset Registers" für zehntausende technische AnlagenImplementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Konzerndatenmodells für gebäudetechnische Anlagen und daraus resultierenden InstandhaltungsplänenSteuerung der diversen Stammdatenprozesse, sowie vor allem die Verarbeitung von Änderungsmeldungen aus den operativen BereichenPermanente, nachhaltige und messbare Verbesserung der Datenqualität- und quantitätErstellung und Administration von Analyse- und Reportingtools (bspw. mit Power BI)Maßgebliche Mitwirkung bei laufenden und anstehenden Optimierungsprojekten (bspw. automatische Disposition von Wartungen, digitaler Wartungsprozess, Workflowanbindung von externen Servicepartnern)Maßgebliche Mitwirkung bei der anstehenden Systemmigration von aktuell MS Dynamics Navision auf SAP S4HANA/Planon Anforderungsprofil Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Stammdatenadministration, als CAFM Key User oder FM Start-Up ManagerErfahrung und tiefergehendes Verständnis für CAFM/ERP Software und die Bedeutung von Datenqualität in sämtlichen ProzessenHohe Affinität für die Handhabung großer Datenmengen und deren Be- und VerarbeitungFacility Management Background Fähigkeit zur Komplexitätsreduktion und ausgeprägtes Anwender- und ProzessverständnisLösungsorientierung mit hohem eigenen Digitalisierungs- und OptimierungsanspruchStrukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, sowie gutes KommunikationsvermögenSichere Office 365 und insbesondere gehobene Excel Skills, MS Power Platform, VBA Vergütungspaket Vielfältige KarrieremöglichkeitenWeiterbildung und EntwicklungAttraktive Vergütung und BenefitsArbeitsplatzsicherheitoffene und kooperative UnternehmenskulturInternationales UmfeldWork-Life-BalanceNachhaltigkeit und soziale Verantwortung
