The position is part-time with 20 hours per week.
Job descriptionTasks

Creation of electronic workshop orders (eWA) in the internal portal
Creating orders in the Orderbase production planning system (PPS system), entering parts lists and filing files
Checking the relevant documents and, if necessary, contacting the client to request missing documents
Creation of orders in the IT system (Ariba)
RequirementsBasic commercial knowledge or comparable qualifications, knowledge or experience
Knowledge in the execution of general office activities
Basic knowledge of common IT programmes, e.g. MS Office
Existing work permit for the EUServicesSecurity - through permanent employment contract and flexible working hours
Team spirit - close personal co-operation
