Als Client Service Representative betreuen Sie unsere Issuing Kunden (Kreditinstitute) vollumfnglich bei tglichen Anfragen, bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von neuen Produkten oder Service Anforderungen. Sie sind das Sprachrohr des Kunden bei Fiserv und koordinieren eigenstndig die Anfragen und deren Umsetzung. Fr eine lckenlose Betreuung nehmen Sie an der rotierenden Rufbereitschaft teil.
Ihre Aufgaben

Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung und Betreuung von Ihnen zugeordneten Klienten im Tagesgeschft
Bearbeitung von Strungen, gem den mit dem Klienten vereinbarten Prozessen und Systemen
Mitarbeit in von Klienten in Auftrag gegebenen Projekten
Prfung von Prozessen und stetige Aktualisierung von Prozessbeschreibungen
Administrative Ttigkeiten, wie z.B.: Fhren eines Issue Logs, Prfung und Anpassung von Sondervereinbarungen mit Kooperationspartnern, Prfung und Fakturierung von Leistungen fr Kunden
Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Daten fr Client Management, Kooperationspartner und Klienten
Kontrolle und Verbesserung der Prozesse zur Vermeidung von Strungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
Anwendung von Branchenspezifischen Systemen und Programmen
Teilnahme an der rotierenden Rufbereitschaft

Ihr Profil
Was Sie mitbringen sollten

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmnnische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise bei einer Bank oder Sparkasse
Vorkenntnisse im Bargeldlosen Bezahlverkehr, Schwerpunkt Kreditkartengeschfft, wnschenswert
berdurchschnittliche Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Gutes technisches Verstndnis, um mageschneiderte Kundenlsungen zu verstehen
Erfahrung aus der Mitarbeit in Projekten
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in SAP wnschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigenstndige Planung und Organisation des Arbeitstages sowie Priorisierung der anstehenden Aufgaben des Tagesgeschftes
