Deine Mission
- Analysiere Anforderungen für IT Service Management (ITSM) Projekte
- PreSales für ITSM Lösungen, basierend auf BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy-Helix Innovation Suite/Digital Workplace/BMC Discovery/MC TrueSight
- Konzeptioniere und implementiere ITSM-Lösungen und leite Implementierungsprojekte
- Betreue einen definierten Kundinnen- und Kundenkreis und dokumentiere die Projekt-Ergebnisse, welche an diese bzw. die Betriebsführung übergeben werden
- Du konzeptionierst Schulungen und führst diese durch
- Enter new spaces: entwickle dich und unser Team durch Mentoring und Coaching kontinuierlich weiter
Dein Skillset
- HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universitätsabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie
- Nice-to-have: mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im BMC/ITSM Umfeld
- Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von BMC-Lösungen sowie ITIL Kenntnisse (mindestens ITIL-Foundation) sowie ein Verständnis von IT Infrastrukturen, Applikations-Architekturen und Abläufen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten, kombiniert mit sehr guten Präsentationsfähigkeiten und beim Leiten von Workshops
- Mobilitätsbereitschaft sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit virtueller Zusammenarbeit
- Du verfügst über ein agiles Mindset, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, fühlst dich wohl im Team und hast Freude daran, dein Know-how zu teilen
