Teamkoordinator Customer Service (m/w/d)Diese Position berichtet direkt an den Leiter Customer Service & Transportation der Business Unit.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Inhaltliche Führung des Team Customer Service für einen definierten Vertriebskanal
- Schnittstellfunktion auf Vertriebskanalebene zu internen Abteilungen (Sales/Operations/Quality)
- Auswertung der Lieferperformance und Analyse von Kennzahlen
- Kontrolle und Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe von Auftragseingang bis zur Bearbeitung von Annahmeverweigerungen und Retouren-Anträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sonderprozessen
- Erstellen, Analysieren und Verbessern von Service-Kennzahlen
- Initiierung von und Mitwirkung bei diversen internen und externen Projekten
- Fachliche Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung
Zudem übernehmen Sie für ausgewählte Kunden im Tagesgeschäft folgende Aufgaben:
- Pflege Kundeninfosätze und Stammdaten für EDI (Logistik-informationen Warenempfänger)
- Auftragserfassung in SAP aus Anrufen, Fax, Mail sowie Kontrolle der EDI- Aufträge
- Auftragseinholung bei Aktionen mit Aktionsüberwachung
- Prüfung Warenverfügbarkeit, ggf. mit Produktionsplanung
- Auftragserfassung und -prüfung für internationale Industrie- und Handelskunden, Auftragsverfolgung, Koordination und Überwachung der Liefertermine
- Lieferscheinerstellung und –bearbeitung sowie Retourenabwicklung
- Bestandskontrolle und –abgleich sowie Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Termineinhaltung (Schnittstellenfunktion: Kunde/ Spedition/ interne Versandabteilung/ Produktionsplanung)
- Auswertungen der Lieferperformance
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung
- ODER ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik und erste Erfahrungen im Außenhandel
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gutes Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Stark selbständige, verlässliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/R3 (SAP/S4) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus
