Wir finden für alle ein Dach über dem Kopf - vom Büro übers Labor bis hin zu Industriestandorten betreuen wir im Bereich Global Real Estate weltweit unsere Standorte. Wir sind für das betriebliche Immobilienmanagement der BASF verantwortlich und sorgen mit unseren Immobiliendienstleistungen für eine optimale Nutzung des Portfolios. Neue Bauprojekte und sonstige Real Estate-Initiativen sowie An- und Verkauf von Immobilien sind Teil unserer Arbeit.
AUFGABENWerden Sie Teil unseres Teams, das exzellente Dienstleistungen im Bereich des Immobilienmanagements bietet. In unserem globalen Immobilien-Projektteam kümmern wir uns um den End-to-End-Prozess von nationalen und internationalen Immobilientransaktionen (Erwerb, Veräußerung, Vermietung, Verpachtung), einschließlich der Bewertung und Vertragsverhandlung für jede Art von Gewerbeimmobilien.
- Sie koordinieren und beteiligen sich aktiv an Immobilienprojekten und stehen in engem Kontakt mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Die professionelle und proaktive Betreuung von BASF-Standorten (Schwerpunkt Industrienutzung) in allen immobilienwirtschaftlichen Belangen, einschließlich der Datenpflege und des zeitnahen Reportings gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie wirken mit bei der Entwicklung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Corporate Real Estate Strategien und schaffen Standards und Benchmarks.
- Außerdem führen Sie eigenständig Finanzanalysen und Immobilienbewertungen durch, um dem Management eine qualitativ hochwertige Entscheidungsgrundlage zu liefern.
- Im Rahmen von M&A-Projekten der BASF-Geschäftseinheiten verantworten Sie immobilienbezogene Due Diligences, Carve-outs oder Integrationsangelegenheiten.
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Immobilienwirtschaft, alternativ ein ingenieur- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit immobilienspezifischer Weiterbildung
- mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einem verwandten Bereich
- gutes Verständnis und Interesse für rechtliche und immobilienwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen
- vertiefte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, sowie Projektleitungskompetenz
- hohe Kundenorientierung, starke Teamfähigkeit und analytische Denkweise
- fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit guten Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Bruttojahresgehalt (Vollzeit): €, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich erwartet Sie ein vom Unternehmenserfolg sowie der individuellen Leistung abhängiger Bonus.
