Studium KoSE - Worum geht es?
Das kooperative Studium im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik verbindet das Studium an der Hochschule Darmstadt mit Praxisphasen in regionalen Wirtschaftsunternehmen. Im Rahmen von KoSE kann sowohl ein 6- bis 7-semestriger Bachelor als auch ein 3- bis 4-semestriger Master absolviert werden. In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit werden Projekte im Unternehmen bearbeitet. Die Studierenden erhalten dafür eine vertraglich geregelte Vergütung vom Unternehmen.Win-Win für Studierende und Unternehmen
Der Vorteil für das Unternehmen liegt darin, dass bereits frühzeitig potentielle Mitarbeiter gewonnen werden können. Darüber hinaus werden die Studierenden in den Praxisphasen auf konkrete Aufgabenstellungen im Unternehmen vorbereitet, so dass sie nach dem Studium schnell "durchstarten" können. Die Studierenden bereiten sich schon während des Studiums intensiv auf die Praxis vor und lernen sowohl die Berufsfelder als auch das Unternehmen näher kennen. Eine monatliche Vergütung, die in einem Studierendenvertrag neben Urlaubstagen und Arbeitszeit geregelt ist, sorgt für ein finanziell unbeschwerteres Studium.Struktur des Studiums und der Praxisphasen
Die Studierenden sind regulär an der Hochschule Darmstadt eingeschrieben und besuchen während des Semesters die Bachelor- oder Mastervorlesungen. Während der vorlesungsfreien Zeiten finden Praxisphasen im Unternehmen statt, die regulären Praktika werden im Kooperationsunternehmen absolviert und die Abschlussarbeiten werden in der Praxis gefertigt.Perspektiven
