Als UX Stratege spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung maßgeschneiderter Nutzererlebnisse für unsere digitalen Plattformen. Deine Hauptverantwortung besteht darin, robuste UX-Strategien zu entwickeln und zu implementieren, die als Leitfaden für Design und die Entwicklung dienen. Durch die Definition klarer Strategien gewährleistest du, dass alle Teammitglieder ein gemeinsames Verständnis für die Customer Journey haben und dass Entscheidungen auf einer validen Grundlage getroffen werden.​​
